The site
This site is run by Stoke ("we," meaning Graham and Cooper). Using it means you accept these terms. Content on the site — words, designs, the wordmark — belongs to us; don't reproduce it commercially without asking.
Pre-orders
A pre-order is a real purchase, charged at checkout, for an item from a production run that hasn't shipped yet. We'll tell you the expected timeline before you pay and email you if it changes. If we can't fulfill your order, you get a full refund — immediately, no store credit games. Cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund by emailing hello@stokeoutside.com.
Honest limits
We describe products as accurately as we can, including labeling pre-production imagery as pre-production. Colors can render differently on different screens. The site is provided as-is; to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us.
