Privacy.

The short version: we collect almost nothing, and we don't sell any of it. Last updated 2026-08-28.

What we collect

  • If you join the list: your email address, which product you said you're interested in, the page you signed up from, the time, your IP address and browser string, and the exact consent sentence shown under the form when you joined. We keep the consent record because "we have their address" is not evidence you opted in. If you used the Fit Finder first, the intent and size it recommended are stored with the signup.
  • If you answer "did the size work?" on the order page: which garment, the size you ordered, and your answer. This is the only fit data we have, and it decides which sizes get made.
  • If you place an order: your name, email, shipping address, and order details. Payments are processed by Stripe — your card number never touches our servers.
  • Automatically: standard server logs (via our hosting provider, Vercel), and product analytics through PostHog — which pages you visit, what you click, how far you scroll, and anonymized session recordings where anything you type is masked before it leaves your browser. We use it to make the site better, not to follow you around the internet. No advertising trackers, and if your browser sends Do Not Track, we honor it.

What we do with it

Email you about the launch and your orders. That's the list. We don't sell, rent, or trade your information with anyone, ever.

Who processes it for us: Supabase (database, US region) stores the list, orders, and fit answers. Resend sends the email. Stripe processes payments and holds your card details — we never see them. Vercel hosts the site and keeps standard server logs. PostHog runs the analytics described above. Each is bound by its own data-processing terms; none of them gets your data for any purpose but ours.

Getting out

Every email we send carries a one-click unsubscribe link (and the List-Unsubscribe header your mail app uses). Order emails still go out for an order you placed. You can email hello@stokeoutside.com any time to have your data deleted. A human — one of the two people who run this — will do it and confirm.
