Where things stand
Right now nothing has shipped, because nothing is for sale yet — samples are in production. Pre-orders open when we can show you the real garment, and the shipping timeline publishes the same day. We'd rather give you a real date late than a fake date now.
Shipping
Shipping rates and taxes are calculated at checkout once pre-orders open. Pre-ordered items ship as soon as the first production run is in our hands — you'll get a confirmation email when you order and a tracking email when it ships.
Returns
Unworn, unwashed items with tags still on can come back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Email hello@stokeoutside.com and one of the two of us will sort it — no portals, no bots. Defective or wrong items are on us, including the return shipping.
Exchanges
Same 30-day window. Tell us the size you need and we'll swap it if the first run still has it — founding-batch quantities are genuinely limited, so exchanges run while supplies last.
