Shipping & returns.
Every rule stated, or stated as not yet set. Last updated 2026-08-28.
Nothing has shipped yet because nothing is for sale yet: samples are ordered and on the way, and pre-orders open when the garments can be shown on real people. The mechanics below are the ones that will apply, with each number that hasn't been set marked as such — a pre-order carries disclosure obligations, and a guessed date is worse than no date.

- Pre-order ship-by
- Not set yet. It publishes before pre-orders open and you will have it in writing before you pay.
- Order to door
- 12–21 days. Each piece is made to order (3–7 days), then shipped (9–14 days), tracked and duties-paid.
- Domestic delivery
- Included in the order-to-door window above; a separate transit figure publishes once the first test order has landed.
- International delivery
- Not available at launch.
- Free shipping
- No threshold set. Shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
- Tracking
- Emailed the same day the box leaves.
Returns
- Window
- 30 days from delivery
- Condition
- Unworn, unwashed, tags on. Full refund to the original payment method.
- Return shipping
- Who pays return shipping on a fit or change-of-mind return is not set yet. Defective or wrong items are on us, always, including the return shipping.
- Free-shipping threshold on a return
- Not applicable until a free-shipping threshold exists; the rule publishes with it.
- Returning half a Set
- Whether a Set can be returned as one piece is not set yet. Size swaps on either piece are always fine.
- Exchanges
- Same window. Tell us the size you need; if the first run still has it, it's yours. Runs are small, so swaps go while stock lasts.
- How
- Email hello@stokeoutside.com. One of the two founders sorts it — no portal, no bot.
The cheapest return is the one that never ships. Size questions before you order: the fit system answers them with numbers.
